Norway Scene
by Shampoo of Theatre, typed in by Yankee

First I got to say that the Norwegian scene is one of the coolest around, with many excellent and big groups. The leading groups right now are: 1. Razor 1911, 2. IT, 3. Cryptoburners, 4. Fraxion, 5. No Limits, 6. Crusaders, 7. Escape.

Razor 1911: They crack, make Trainers and make sometimes a cool demo. They are the best in Norway right now, but I expect IT to pass them in some months. IT: IT has excellent coders and at least one very good mailtrader. The coders are among the best in Norway (Jabba and TEC) and the superb composer Walkman is the best in the scene! IT haven't released very much lately, but I think Jabba is working on a game.... IT will have a party soon together with CRB and Visiual Arts. Cryptoburners: They are really good coders and they release products quite often. The last production from them was their great music-disk with superb menu. (Vectorscroller...) Fraxion: They are growing very fast, and Fraxion is a very good group which makes very cool demos. They also make some trainers. No Limits: A quite new group, but they are growing fast and they make excellent demos and they are cool swappers. Watch out for this group! Crusaders: They have the best BBS in Norway, and that makes them good swappers. They have the very wellknown musician Dr. Awesom. They are known for cool demos and the Eurocharts. Escape: It's a very good grou[p with some very good coders and musicians. I haven't seen very many releases from them lately, but I guess they will appear soon.

Well, this was some of the best groups in Norway, but extremly many groups are growing fast and will try to get into this list. The groups you will have to watch out for are: Arcardia, Theatre and Cult. Perhaps groups like PMC, The Giants, OZ and Team-X Nrw. will get bigger, too. The Scene in Norway is very dull, and even though Sweden, Finland and Germany have better scenes, I guess our scene will get better, and that the German and maybe the Swedish scene will get smaller in the future....
