The Green Men

It happend on a sunny day, I just had an interresting phone-call, when suddenly the doorbell rang. I went to the door, opened, and what did I see ? Two men, both of them about 30 years old. I asked what they want, and they just showed me some interresting signs. KRIPO! Shit! They entered and showed me some papers, for example a "Hausdurchsuchungs - Befehl" (a search-warrant; they are allowed to come in your house, and search for evidence which could be used against you!) They told me my rights ("All you say now can be used against you!", and so on), Then we went up to my room. They found about 350 Disks, but most of them were only demos, I showed some of them to them, but they decided to take them all to the Kripo-station, where I could get them back on the next day, if there isn't any copied stuff on it.

They took the disks, and we had a little discussion about the crime I should have comitted! They told me that they don't like to do this, but they have to, and we talked about a GEMA for disks which could come one day. A nice talk we had, this guys were really funny, and made a lot of jokes. Next day I had to go to the Kripo-station in order to be interviewed! (It was my first one (Hae,Hae,Hae!)) The shit was, that there were about 15 disks with utilities, printer programs and so on, I had to give them to them, then I got my disks back, and I went home.

About 2 months later I had to go to court. But I did't have to pay, or work (They sometimes let you work in homes for old people!), and I was told, that it would not be mentioned in my record that I had comitted a crime! The whole story was very funny, I think, but I wouldn't like to be caught for a second time!
